More Wealth Creation wanted to teach finance online. Not just upload a few videos and call it a course—they wanted a complete learning platform where students could enroll, track progress, take quizzes, and earn certificates. The kind of system that usually costs thousands per month to run.

We built it for basically free to operate.

the problem

The client had courses ready to go. What they didn't have was a way to deliver them that didn't involve either paying for an expensive platform like Teachable or building something so complex it would break their budget on hosting and maintenance.

Traditional solutions: monthly SaaS fees, percentage cuts of course sales, or expensive infrastructure to handle video streaming and user management. None of those worked for someone just starting out.

We needed video hosting that didn't cost a fortune. Solution: upload courses to YouTube as unlisted videos, then embed them into the platform. Students can watch seamlessly, but the videos aren't publicly searchable. Free hosting, reliable streaming, no bandwidth costs.

For payments, we integrated Cashfree. Students purchase courses, enrollment happens automatically, and the client gets paid directly minus standard payment processing fees.

User management, progress tracking, quiz systems—all built into a custom platform that the client controls through an admin panel.

the security question

Here's where it got interesting. You can't just embed YouTube videos and call it secure. We had to build in protections: video embeds that only work for enrolled students, session management that logs people out appropriately, and a system that tracks which lessons someone has completed without exposing the course structure to non-paying visitors.

The technical implementation was complex, but the result is simple: students log in, see their courses, watch videos, take quizzes, and get certificates. Everything works like a commercial platform.

More Wealth Creation launched with a complete learning management system. Total monthly operational cost: practically zero beyond the domain and basic hosting. No revenue sharing with a platform, no subscription fees eating into margins.

The client manages everything through an admin dashboard. They can add courses, enroll students manually if needed, and track who's completing what. Students get a clean, professional learning experience that doesn't feel cobbled together.

As the platform grows, the infrastructure scales. When they have five students or five hundred, the costs stay minimal because we built around free and low-cost tools used intelligently.
